Carrie Poppelaars

Founder and CEO

Carrie is  a champion for small businesses and deeply passionate about helping them succeed.

She owned an independent restaurant for 5 years, so she has walked more than a mile in your shoes. Key take-a-ways from that experience: always work hard to create a positive experience for your customers, focus on what you’re good at and always be curious and keep learning.

She prides herself in offering services with the highest ethical standards. It doesn’t get a whole lot more personal than people’s finances. Without trust, integrity, and honesty...We would  not have a business.

She was born and raised in Minnesota and  met her husband at the University of Minnesota (go Gophers). They moved to Sammamish, Washington in 1998 and raised their 4 kids here. She loves to golf, hike, travel and visit lively main streets and small businesses all over the world.
